SACRAMENT OF
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
                       
First Penance/First Holy Communion preparation classes are
now in progress.  The classes take place at Lake Michigan
Elementary School on Monday evenings at 6:00 - 7:15 pm.  The
classes are for students entering the 2nd grade, although they
are also open to 3rd graders who may not have received their
Sacraments yet.   If your child is older, but has not yet received
these Sacraments, please contact our office immediately for
appropriate placement and instruction.

FIRST COMMUNION FAMILIES  -  If your child was baptized at
a parish other than St. Joseph or SS. John & Bernard, please
obtain a copy of your child's baptismal certificate and submit it to
our office as soon as possible.
